 Admission Requirements

1. Completed KIHD enrollment application
2. High School Diploma or GED
3. Proof of Age (such as driver's license) Must be at least 17 years of age
4. Social Security card (or some other official document with number)
5. Income information (such as 1040 income tax return and
   W-2s), for Tuition Reduction assistance, if so desired
 
TRANSFER HOURS
 
 

If you wish to transfer hours from another Cosmetology
or Barber school, you must also supply the
following documents:
1. Provide an official transcript of released hours
2. Provide some sort of progress or grade report (both theory
    and practical) for the hours your wish to transfer.
3. Meet with both the enrollment office, and the Educational Director
